![]() The game really needs a map or landmarks that differentiate areas enough that you can explore without a map. Items on the ground need a visual indicator that they are there, such as a glow or sparkle. ![]() When I bought potions, they didn't appear in my inventory until I deleted all the armor in the inventory and then they just appeared even though I had inventory space. I think it's not available? Also repair doesn't seem to do anything besides take money, which I assume you know. I couldn't figure out if I just wasn't able to sell stuff or I couldn't figure out how. I noticed the enemies have a light around them that is amplifying that bloom effect for each one following the player making the screen nothing but bright light. I won't say that's a bad thing, it was probably the most fun playing that way lol. I would just gather up swarms of enemies and charge them for easy kills. The charger was really overpowered 1 shotting everything. It might have something to do with antialiasing. If you want to stick with the grid system, you should look in to ways to make it so the grid lines aren't showing up to the player somehow. It should be more efficient in both time and hardware resources. I would say you're better off using a terrain editor instead. You can see the grid tiles on the ground that I assume you used. I couldn't see anything and it was uncomfortable to look at. ![]() It was blinding in many places when those crystals just light up purple. I don't mind the minimalist design of the character though and the fact swapping armor changed the look of the character's armor was nice.ĭear god turn off the bloom light effects. I hope you'll give the characters irises because they look really creepy without them. The animations are not great but the movement especially feels super floaty and unresponsive. ![]() This is really just too early to give much feedback that you probably don't already know, but I'll give you my thoughts. ![]()
